You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

During holidays dispatch times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Standard Australia Post shipping with tracking

  • $9.90 on orders under $99

Australia Post Express: $20

Standard Australia Post delivery is typically 2–6 business days depending on location.
Rural areas may require additional time.


New Zealand & United Kingdom

We offer shipping for all products, including Yoga Mats and Ankle/Wrist Weights.

Flat rate:

  • New Zealand: $19.90 AUD

  • United Kingdom: $39.90 AUD

We currently ship Bottles and Resistance Bands to these regions.

Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and customs processing times.


Yoga Mats & Bulky Items

Due to size and weight, Yoga Mats and other bulky items may:

  • ship separately, or

  • not be deliverable to PO Boxes

You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the postal service.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@soular.au so we can assist with a claim wherever possible.
